On-line Registration has now closed. You can now register on site at the EICC.
Delegate Registration
Registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme, copy of the Congress proceedings and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Refreshment breaks and lunches on the days attended
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday 5th September
- Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Monday 6th September
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Ceilidh on Monday 6th September
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Dinner on Tuesday 7th September
- Use of meeting room in EICC with coffee and tea provided
Accompanying Persons
All accompanying persons must be registered. Please provide full names as all accompanying persons will be issued with a badge for entry to the social events. The Accompanying Persons Fee includes:
- Name Badge permitting access to the following events:
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday 5th September
- Half day coach tour of Edinburgh on the morning of Monday 6th September, followed by lunch in the Pompadour Restaurant at the Hilton Caledonian Hotel – a chance for the accompanying persons to meet one another
- Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Monday 6th September
- Option to purchase tickets for additional optional tours
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Ceilidh on Monday 6th September and the Congress Dinner on Tuesday 7th September
Registration Fees
To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 1st June 2010. The registration fees are as follows:
