All accommodation cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the ICSES 2010 Secretariat:

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations received before 1st July 2010 – no penalty.
Cancellations received after 1st July 2010 or non-arrival – hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
Cancellation of Self-Catering Apartments
Cancellations received before 1st July 2010 – no penalty.
Cancellations received after 1st July 2010 or non-arrival – hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
Cancellation of University Accommodation
No refund given.
