Accommodation

We currently have no hotel accommodation availble to book. If you require accommodation please try the VIST SCOTLAND website.

To secure your hotel accommodation we will require your form to be returned before 1st July 2010 together with credit card details. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation after 1st July 2010, the hotel will charge to the card an amount up to the equivalent of the full stay booked. Some hotels may take a deposit from the card. Please note that any reduction in room nights will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided. Please ensure that your credit card is valid at the time of booking otherwise your accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Delegates must settle their accounts on the day of arrival or departure.

The Hilton Caledonian Hotel was built in 1903 by the Caledonian Railway Company and is one of Edinburgh's two grand railway hotels. The hotel was originally part of Princes Street Station, which was demolished in the late 1960s. Part of the station space still remains within it and the grand entrance arch is still visible at the side of the hotel. Overlooking Edinburgh Castle, the hotel is located on Princes Street in central Edinburgh, and is a short walk from the EICC. The Pompadour Restaurant offers diners great views of the Castle, whilst sampling international and Scottish dishes served in historic and intimate surroundings.
